Studio policy
FIRST TIMERS
Please arrive 20 minutes early to your first class so we are able to check you in, sign your waivers, set up your bike, and explain how class works. For your safety and the safety of our other clients, you will not be permitted to enter once class has started.
For minors under the age of 18, please make sure to have a parent or guardian with you when you arrive 20 minutes early for check in. Your parent/guardian must sign your Minor New Rider Waiver in person at the studio in order for you to be able to participate in our classes.
All riders must sign a waiver prior to their first class.
CHECKING IN FOR CLASS
Riders must be checked in 4 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are not checked in 4 minutes before, we reserve the right to release your bike to another rider. If you’re running late, please call to notify us that you are coming so we don’t give away your bike.
You can check in up to 15 minutes before class through your mobile app, or see our front desk staff when you arrive at the studio.
Any riders who are not checked in for class will automatically be marked as a no show, resulting in the loss of a credit or $20 No Show Fee.
NO SCREENS
No phones are permitted in the cycle studio during class. Please leave your phone in your car, locker, or with our front desk staff.
If you have a smart watch in class, please make sure you turn on the do not disturb or theater mode setting to ensure the screen stays OFF the entire time.
Our classes provide our clients a safe space to unplug from the outside world. Please be respectful of your Pulse House family and keep screens off during class.
HOUSE RULES
All are welcome to our home! Please treat all clients and staff members with the same respect you would want for yourself.
We are a family that finds our pulse together, especially during class. There’s a seat for everyone here! There is a direct correlation between your energy and your neighbor’s ride. We look to the front row to guide us on our journey - if you would prefer to do your own thing, we ask that you sit in the back row and go at your own pace.
We love to hype you up! High-fives and cheering are strongly encouraged, but please limit the amount of talking during class as it can be distracting to other clients who are focused on their ride.
CANCELLING A CLASS RESERVATION
You have up to 12 hours before your scheduled class to cancel in order to avoid losing your class credit or incurring a $15 Late Cancel Fee. This includes same day reservation changes. While we understand things happen, please make sure to cancel your reservation instead of no showing.
If you don’t cancel your scheduled class and don’t show, you will lose your class credit or incur a $20 No Show Fee.
Our Unlimited Monthly membership has a 6 hour cancellation window if you would like more flexibility with our cancellation window!
WAITLIST
When a class is fully booked, you can add yourself on the waitlist. You will be automatically added into class from the waitlist when spots become available up to 12 hours before a scheduled class. Please note that some spots may become available after the 12 hour autofill period - if you’re on the waitlist, show up for class!
If you know you won’t be heading to the studio in hopes for an open spot, please remove yourself from the waitlist. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty.
LATE ADMITTANCE
For returning clients, we do not allow late admittance into a class after 5 minutes.
For new clients, we do not allow any late admittance. This is purely for your safety and in an effort to be respectful to our other clients and instructors.
CREDITS
We cannot extend or rollover class credits. Please make sure you’re aware of the date of expiration on your credit package or monthly memberships.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
If you’d like to cancel your monthly membership, we require a 30 day notice before your next billing date. Please email hello@pulse-house.com. All membership cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE
If you need to pause your membership for any set duration of time, send us an email at hello@pulse-house.com with your freeze request. Please note we can only freeze memberships for a period of more than 14 days.
GUEST PASSES
You are able to reserve bikes for up to one (1) person per class when using a Class Pack. Unlimited monthly members are given two (2) guest passes monthly. All other memberships are unable to share credit usage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise purchased in studio can be exchanged or returned it the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tag within 7 days from purchase.
All class packages and memberships are final sale and non-refundable.
LOST & FOUND
If you left something at the studio, our staff members do our best to put it aside so you’re able to ask us for the misplaced item next time you’re in. Please note that Pulse House is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at our studio.
